This morning, I did lost myself in the wine shop, not a bottle shop, MASSIVE, not Dan Murphy, Firstchoice, you have to thanks me for the tip. I had a brilliant time, she was about 60 Years old, lot of charm, very smart lady, and she called for an assistant, (I wasn’t involved into the conversation, I was just lessoning).

She said: I had that fabulous CASK of wine, Hardys Chardonnay Reserve, the reaction of the staff was a little beat stiff. Yeah, turn left, and bottom shelf. Why wine buff get so snobbish??

By the way, that is a great Aussie invention - The Cask, and also a bloody good wine for a 2 or 3 litre, (for $20.00) it’s very fresh, storm fruits, peachy, quite dry finish, for that, you can store it in your fridge or cook with it.

Tip: Ask your self how many bottles of wines do you drink?? On the weekly base?? (Please don’t ask me, smile) you need to have your quaffer, that’s why a good cask it is a good option, and of course your liquid assets, and your middle range, we will talk deeply how we can constitute a cellar that where your cask and Quaffer are important,
